INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1 - Prepare the tartlet bases
Lay out the ready‑made mini tartlet cases on a serving plate.
STEP 2 - Make the creamy filling
Mix cream cheese with a squeeze of lemon, a pinch of salt, black pepper, and a little chopped dill.
STEP 3 - Fill the tartlets
Spoon or pipe the creamy mixture into each tartlet so the filling sits neatly on top.
STEP 4 - Add the salmon
Cut the smoked salmon into small strips or curls and place a piece on each filled tartlet.
STEP 5 - Garnish and serve
Finish with a tiny sprig of fresh dill. Serve chilled as an easy canapé.
