Shipping policy

At bakkafrostshop.co.uk, we are committed to delivering our premium products directly to your doorstep with efficiency and care. Below you'll find all the details you need regarding our shipping policy within the United Kingdom.

Service provider: All packages are shipped via Royal Mail 24.

Order processing: Orders are processed during regular business hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, excluding public holidays. Orders placed outside these hours will be processed on the next business day. Orders are dispatched on Tuesdays/Wednesdays. Place your order before 12 PM Monday for same-week delivery. Your package will be delivered within 24 hours after dispatch from our facilities in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Pick-up: Pick up is available free of charge in our facilities at 28 Drumsheugh Gardens, Edinburgh EH3 7RN, UK. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pick up. Pick up times are between 2-4.30 PM from Monday to Friday. Pick up order are processed within 48 hours after placing the order.

Shipping Coverage: We exclusively ship to addresses within the mainland of the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland and Wales. We do not offer shipping to Northern Ireland at this moment in time.

Shipping rates: Shipping rates are estimated automatically by Royal Mail. Free shipping is available on order over £85.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Don't forget to take photo evidence of any issues that may occur.
